At Stuga, we want you to love your home. If your new furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and include all hardware and manuals.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
